Roy Bardowell built Luxor Garage Door Service with one clear purpose — to offer honest, high-quality garage door solutions in a community he now calls home. After moving to Huntington Beach for another career, Roy saw a need for better service and decided to return to the industry he knew best.

As a second-generation garage door professional, Roy grew up immersed in the trade. His parents met at a spring manufacturing plant in Quebec, and his father became one of the industry’s most respected engineers. That foundation shaped Roy’s hands-on approach and commitment to doing things right.

Before launching Luxor, Roy worked as a caterer, but his passion for garage doors never left. He founded the company to give homeowners better options, real answers, and service they could count on. Today, Luxor reflects his values: trust, experience, and craftsmanship that lasts.
